A career of marketing leadership across the GCC, the Levant, Europe, and North America. Currently Head of Marketing at Badami Holding, Dubai.
Marketing built on results, not slogans.

Mohammad Hijazi has spent his career building marketing that works, across the GCC, the Levant, Europe, and North America. He now heads marketing for Badami Holding, running A-MAP Group and ASIMCO Global across the UAE and more than eighty international markets, covering everything from batteries and lubricants to service centers and mobile automotive services.
His work has reached 175 clients in over forty six countries, spanning automotive, retail, technology, government, and non-profit sectors. Before moving into corporate marketing leadership, he worked as a journalist and editor, ran communications for EU crisis response programs, and led a regional youth organization across nine countries. He also trains marketers directly, having taught more than twenty five thousand professionals through workshops backed by Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
"Marketing is not decoration on top of a business. Done right, it is the business: the clearest, fastest way to turn what an organization builds into something people actually choose over everything else competing for their attention. Most companies treat it as the last thing they fund and the first thing they cut. I've spent my career proving it deserves the opposite, and building the teams and strategy to show it."

Strategy development
A structured plan, not a series of random posts. This covers market research and competitor analysis, target audience and voice, a yearly content and campaign calendar, a posting schedule, and the measurement points to track it all.
Fractional marketing leadership
Senior marketing ownership without a full-time hire. Sitting in leadership meetings, holding the plan and the budget, running the team or the agency, and reporting on all of it. Ongoing, a few days a month, rather than a project with an end date.
Content creation and production
Content calendars built weekly through yearly, copywriting and translation, graphic design supervision for posts and campaigns, video production oversight, and management of editorial teams of any size.
Channel management
Running Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok day to day. Community outreach, building groups around an industry, and live coverage of events as they happen.
Monitoring
Setting up monitoring for a project and its keywords, daily tracking of communities and web mentions, and escalating anything that needs attention the moment it comes up.
Online advertising
Certified campaign management across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads, built around a set budget and the audience most likely to respond to it.
Search engine optimization
Being found by the people already looking, and cited by the systems now answering for them. Technical health, site structure and structured data, keyword and intent research, on-page work, and a content plan built for classic results, answer boxes and AI assistants alike. Covers SEO, AEO and GEO.
Measurement and analytics
Turning activity into evidence. Tracking and dashboards built around the questions leadership actually asks, attribution across paid and organic, testing programs, and reporting that holds up in a board meeting.
Public and influencer relations
Campaigns built on a network of 300+ influencers, bloggers, and media contacts across TV, print, radio, and online. Press releases and articles written in Arabic and English and sent to 500+ outlets.
Event management
Events built from scratch, conference booths, sponsorships, press conferences, and competitions, plus online events on Zoom and similar platforms, from webinars to press meetings.
Team building
Hiring and structuring a marketing team, setting workflows and responsibilities so everyone knows exactly what they own.
